the U.S. was decreasing. The clients of my CPA firm were struggling with finding
qualified people to operate QuickBooks properly in their office. Many were having
their spouse or office manager do the bookkeeping, and ending up with non-
accurate, meaningless books.

I decided to find a way to provide these businesses with qualified bookkeeping
help and make it cost effective. So, I formed Paperless Bookkeeping , a
bookkeeping service company. We then found the technology that we needed.
The remote access to the QuickBooks data file and the paperless system that we
use make it possible for us to provide this outsourcing service to businesses
located anywhere.


Our staff consists of bookkeepers with many years of practical experience who
are supervised by me. We are all QuickBooks experts and are trained
accountants.
